Norma B. recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary at CHCC. As lead housekeeper and assistant manager of environmental services, Norma helps ensure our facility is clean, safe and welcoming. She is flexible, dependable and always willing to step in where needed, whether in housekeeping or laundry. Norma leads her team with a positive attitude and a strong focus on resident comfort and safety.

Dianne A. also recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary at CHCC. She has served as staff development coordinator and CNA instructor since Jan. 18, 2016, and is known as a “tough teacher with a big heart.”
Dianne brings deep knowledge, strong leadership and a genuine commitment to staff and residents. She is also a skilled nurse who supports teams through education, audits and hands-on guidance, and she played a key role in establishing the employee pantry.
