CHCC partners with Infinity Rehab to offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient therapy services at our care center located at 855 Aaron Drive in Lynden. Therapists are here six days a week to help you restore movement and function, aid in mobility and balance, manage pain, promote strength recovery and create personalized exercise programs.

Choosing between inpatient and outpatient therapy

Imagine you’re preparing for hip or knee surgery at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham. Post-discharge, most doctors will recommend a physical therapy regimen to rebuild joint strength and enhance your recovery.

Some patients can safely recover at home with the support of loved ones who can assist with personal care, prep meals and manage transportation to and from therapy visits.

Others are not comfortable recovering at home. In those cases, inpatient therapy is an option that can accelerate healing and alleviate logistical challenges for family members who might otherwise handle transportation, personal care or meal preparation.

Collaborative therapy services

No matter what type of medical challenge you are recovering from—illness, stroke, fracture, surgery—restorative nursing staff will work with onsite occupational, speech and physical therapy providers to help you safely recover and return to the lifestyle you enjoy as soon as possible.

inpatient and outpatient therapy

You may receive physical therapy to improve strength or balance, occupational therapy to relearn daily tasks like dressing or eating, and speech therapy to improve communication or swallowing—all at the same time

Support for complex needs

More involved care may be needed after a stroke, major surgery, serious fall, long illness or hospital stay. CHCC experienced, well-trained therapeutic rehabilitation team stands ready to support your healing journey.

CHCC is committed to personalized care and effective inpatient and outpatient therapy solutions, empowering you to regain independence and quality of life. Nursing staff are here and available 24/7 to support your recovery.  Call 354-4434 today to learn more!
