For 70 years, Christian Health Care Center has been called to care for our community. We’d love to celebrate this milestone with the people who have been part of the journey.
You are invited to a 70th Anniversary Community Picnic on Thursday, July 23, from 2 to 6 p.m. in front of CHCC, 855 Aaron Drive in Lynden.
Bring your family or a friend and enjoy an afternoon of fun, food and community, including:
- Hot dogs
- Shaved ice
- Games for kids
- Face painting
- Vintage cars
- Raffle prizes
- Giveaways
Whether you stay for a few minutes or the afternoon, we’d love to celebrate with you.
Who should attend CHCC’s 70th anniversary celebration?
If you or a loved one has ever received care at CHCC, volunteered, worked on the team, served on the board, donated or otherwise supported the mission or simply has a connection to CHCC, we hope you’ll join us. We’d also love to welcome community members who would like to learn more about CHCC and the care provided close to home.
Is there a fee to attend?
No. The food, games, raffle prizes and other activities are all free. This event is our gift to the community.
What about parking?
Parking will be available along Aaron Drive, behind CHCC or across the street at Bender Field.
Do I need to RSVP?
No. RSVPs are not required. Simply come celebrate CHCC’s history and reconnect with people who have helped shape the organization over the past seven decades.
As we celebrate 70 years of caring, we’re also looking ahead with the same commitment that has guided CHCC since 1956: providing skilled health care services with compassion and love in Christ’s name.
