Hospitality aide
Description
As a hospitality aide, you will assist CHCC nursing staff and our residents with a number of nonmedical care needs. This is an entry-level health care role.
Responsibilities
- Transport individuals to and from meals and activities.
- Restock supplies.
- Tidy rooms, change bedding and keep personal care equipment clean.
- Help distribute snacks and beverages.
- Help answer call lights.
- Visit with residents as directed by a licensed nurse.
Qualifications
- Support CHCC’s mission
- 18+ years of age or enrolled in Running Start.
- High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
- Able to obtain a Dining Room Assistant Certificate (training provided by CHCC).
Skills
- Team-oriented, able to work collaboratively with others.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- Excellent attendance.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Detail-orientated and able to complete tasks as assigned.
- Able to provide a pleasant, positive and calm environment for residents.

Base Salary
$16.88-$22.72 Per hour
Aide: $16.88 to $22.72 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
CNA: $18.50 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Working Hours
A four on, two off schedule rotation.
Evening shift: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
