This holiday season, CHCC is hosting its 3rd annual remembrance ornament event, offering a meaningful way to honor your loved ones who are no longer with us.
These special ornaments will be displayed on a dedicated tree at CHCC throughout the month of December, creating a beautiful tribute to those we hold dear. It will be a special way to celebrate their memory and acknowledge their presence in our hearts.
To participate, fill out the attached order form and return it along with a check made payable to CHCC Foundation. You can send the completed form and payment by mail to 855 Aaron Drive, Lynden, WA 98264, or drop it off in person. The deadline for orders is Nov. 21, 2025.

Proceeds from the sale of these ornaments will benefit CHCC’s foundation — a Washington State 501(c)(3) qualified charity. This foundation plays a crucial role in supporting our care team by providing opportunities for continuous learning and growth. It facilitates training for the future workforce and helps us continue providing compassionate care to our community.
