These honorees exemplify dedication, compassion and excellence in their work, inspiring others and enhancing the quality of care we provide. CHCC is a premier skilled nursing center in Whatcom County because of their efforts.
Our non-nursing Shining Star is Gosia D. Gosia has been part of CHCC for more than four years and serves as our very capable lead receptionist.
She has a wonderful sense of humor and is kind and welcoming to residents, visitors and callers alike. Gosia manages the many details of the reception desk with grace, even while navigating outbreaks and other challenges. She is attentive, organized and always willing to help. Gosia truly is a gem, and we are fortunate to have her on the CHCC team.

Our nursing Shining Star is Louella (Wella) P. Wella has worked as a nursing assistant at CHCC for more than three years.
