These honorees exemplify dedication, compassion and excellence in their work, inspiring others and enhancing the quality of care we provide. CHCC is a premier skilled nursing center in Whatcom County because of their efforts.
Our nursing Shining Star is Leshia K. She has worked as a nursing assistant, primarily on the rehab unit, for nearly a year.
Leshia quietly steps in to help wherever needed, whether managing central supply at the last minute, assisting with testing or providing one-to-one support for residents. She accomplishes all of this while staying on top of her daily tasks —and she does it with a positive attitude and incredible kindness.
Leshia is one of those people who just gets it done! We’re so fortunate to
have her on the CHCC team!
